Since 1984, Office Solutions has continued to be a leader in the business products industry. Our team's innovation, drive and dedication to our customers and vendors are instrumental to the growth we achieve. This approach emanates from our value system -- integrating technology, people and processes.

  • 1984

    Data Extras, founded by Bob and Cindy Mairena, became the 1st independent dealer to sell computer supplies.

  • 1990

    As Data Extras’ offerings evolved, the company is renamed to Office Solutions. As a non-stocking, leading-edge dealer, Office Solutions is the first to transmit orders electronically.

  • 1997

    Office Solutions acquires its first company, Office Express.

  • 2000-2005

    Office Solutions accelerates growth with its 4th acquisition.

  • 2007

    As promised in the value system, Office Solutions announces free recycling services and green product offerings to customers to promote green and
    sustainable practices.

  • 2008

    Office Solutions creates a furniture division, OS Business Interiors, to offer a complete interior
    and space design solution.

  • 2009

    Coined as the “10 Commandments,” Office Solutions inducts their value system, molded by change, virtue and self-discipline.

  • 2013-2015

    Office Solutions enjoys continued growth with their 10th acquisition. Gale Supply Company is acquired, expanding their facility solutions’ offerings.

  • 2016

    Office Solutions is named One of the
    Fastest-Growing Private Midsize Companies by
    Orange County Business Journal.

  • 2017

    Office Solutions acquires Crest Office Furniture, expanding furniture solutions to Los Angeles and surrounding regions. This marks Office Solutions’ 14th acquisition.

  • 2018

    Office Solutions expands services to the
    Central Valley region.

  • 2019

    OSBI and Crest are consolidated as a unified, new brand: bluespace interiors.
